El curso ayuda empezar el proceso de evaluar las diferencias entre las perspectivas diferentes. EspecÃficamente hablamos de la supervisión y como las expectativas cambian entre diferentes culturas.
Working with culturally diverse families is rewarding, but can be a challenge when we don't have the right tools at our disposal. A new course developed for family child care providers from diverse communities helps providers get started on understanding how their perspective can be different from that of the families they serve. In this course we look specifically at supervision and how the expectations may be different from one culture to the next.
