What a well organized and engaging day! The conference was the first time that I presented on the topic of self-reflection.
We hear about self-reflection as a part of our practice as educators, and as a practice to promote equity, however, the definition of self-reflection is often assumed. Fellow educators dug into the meaning of self-reflection and discussed why it can be hard to integrate into our teaching practice. We also discussed the benefits and the ways that our practice has changed as a result of being more intentional about reflection.
