For the second year Semillitas sponsored the MnAEYC-MnSACA Leadership Institute. This event is an exciting opportunity for early childhood administration from across the state to meet and engage in a variety of topics related to leadership.
I presented alongside my colleague Jamie Bonczyk on an article we co-wrote for Exchange Magazine, Building Our Capacity for Curiosity, Compassion and Courage, which will come out in the January/February 2019 issue. We enjoyed 90 minutes of intense discussion and reflection about the impact of these character traits in helping us maneuver the constantly changing context in Early Childhood Education.
