We’ve all been there- at a training or class where so little of the material feels new, and it can be hard to stay engaged. Thanks to a grant provided to the University of Minnesota, soon there will be 108 hours of level 2 and 3 classes available to providers.
A community partner, Child Care Aware, has been busy getting this materials out to trainers, and we’ve been participating.
Semillitas will be offering advanced classes on obesity and nutrition, for children ages birth through six. We’re excited to make this empowering information available. Parents and providers are constantly bombarded with stories about health and nutrition. These classes provide information that helps us make better choices for our children.
